Group Therapy: You Don't Have to Build Your Resilience Alone

Individual therapy gives you a private space to do this work. Group therapy gives you something individual work can't: other BIPOC women and femmes in leadership who already understand the exhaustion of code-switching, over-functioning, and being praised for work that doesn't feel like enough — without you having to explain it from scratch.

What This Group Is For

  • Processing imposter syndrome and the gap between external praise and internal confidence, alongside others who live it too

  • Building a support network that doesn't depend on a single therapist, mentor, or partner carrying the whole load

  • Practicing showing up unmasked in a group setting, as practice for doing it everywhere else
