Clinical Supervision for Associates Building a Practice That's Actually Theirs
I'm an Approved Clinical Supervisor in both Washington and Oregon, offering 1:1 virtual supervision to Licensed Social Work Associates (LICSW-A) and Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associates (LMHC-A) working toward full licensure as LICSWs or LMHCs. I don't bill supervision through insurance panels — this is 1:1 supervision only, built as a collaborative partnership so you can build a practice that reflects who you are, not just what your program trained you to replicate.
